As a busy mom and entrepreneur, I know how easy it is to spend your days taking care of everyone else and forget to take care of yourself. Maison Rylee was created to be a place where you can step away from the noise, relax, and leave feeling refreshed and cared for. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
•All deposits are known as booking fees & are non-refundable..
At Maison Rylee, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a solo provider, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult to accommodate other guests. I kindly ask that you review my cancellation policy before booking.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time: No charge.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
• No-call, no-show appointments: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
No-Call, No-Show Courtesy Exception:
If you miss your appointment without notice but reschedule the same service and complete it within 14 days of your original appointment, your no-call, no-show fee will be credited toward your rescheduled appointment.
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

By booking this appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies listed above. You further agree that any violation or breach of this contract will result in forfeiture of your right to dispute or initiate a chargeback for any transactions with your bank or financial institution.
